RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing Black Diamond Limousine Services of Georgia. Please review the following reservation, payment, and cancellation policies before booking transportation services.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

A $100 reservation deposit is required to secure your event date after availability and final pricing have been confirmed. The deposit will be applied toward your total transportation cost. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

REMAINING BALANCE

The remaining balance is due in full no later than 3 days prior to your scheduled event. Reservations with an unpaid balance may be subject to cancellation.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

The $100 reservation deposit is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 5 calendar days after the deposit is paid.

After the 5-day cancellation period has passed, the reservation deposit is non-refundable.

Any payments made toward the remaining balance will be handled according to the cancellation terms communicated with your reservation.

CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION

Changes to pickup times, locations, destinations, number of passengers, additional stops, or service hours are subject to availability and may result in a change to the total transportation cost.

SERVICE DELAYS & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

Black Diamond Limousine Services of Georgia will make reasonable efforts to provide transportation as scheduled. Circumstances beyond our reasonable control - including severe weather, road closures, traffic conditions, emergencies, or unexpected vehicle issues - may affect service. If Black Diamond is unable to provide the reserved transporation, we will contact the customer regarding available alternatives or applicable refunds.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate reservation infomation and ensuring that all passengers are ready at the agreed pickup time. Additional wait time, unscheduled stops, or service extending beyond the reserved time may result in additional charges.

POLICY ACKNOWLEGMENT

Payment of the reservation deposit acknowledges acceptance of Black Diamond Limousine Services of Georgia’s Reservation & Cancellation Policy.
