PARTY RENTAL RESERVATION REQUEST

Complete the form below to check availability for your event date. Choose the rental option that best fits your event. Submitting this request does not guarantee your reservation. Black Diamond will confirm availability before payment is requested.

Rental Rates:

Party Package - $500 (Includes Pop-Up Tent, 360 Photo Booth, and Portable Restroom)

Pop-Up Tent Only - $350 (24-hour rental including setup and breakdown)

360 Photo Booth Only - $100

Portable Restroom Only - $100

Reservation & Payment: Availability must be confirme by Black Diamond before payment is submitted. Your reservation is not secured until payment has been received.

Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations made at least 3 days before that scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are nonrefundable.

Severe Weather & Safety: If Black Diamond determines that severe weather or unsafe conditions prevent the tent from being safely installed or used, the customer may choose to reschedule for another available date or receive a full refund.

Setup Area: The customer must provide a safe, accessible, reasonabl level setup area that is clear of obstacles before setup.

Damage: The customer is responsible for damage to the tent or rental equipment caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized alterations, or actions of guests during rental period.

Rental Period: Rental rates cover up to 24 hours unless otherwise specified. Additional time must be approved in advance and may result in additional charges.
